What is Optiflow Nasal High Flow therapy?

Optiflow Nasal High Flow therapy is Fisher & Paykel Healthcare’s offering for nasal high flow (NHF) therapy, also known as high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) or highflow oxygen therapy (HFOT).

What are my (equipment) options for delivering Optiflow therapy?

There are several ways to deliver/get the benefits of Optiflow nasal high flow therapy.

1. You can use a dedicated, standalone device such as the Airvo Optiflow system or
2. You can use an NHF-capable mechanical ventilator. We call this a vent-driven system.
