This page outlines information about the data generated by the F&P Healthcare Device Manager application, as a related service to the AirvoTM 3 and myAirvoTM 3 devices, and how a user may access, retrieve and erase this data.

For the myAirvo 3 device, please see the list of data generated here. Please note that the F&P Healthcare Device Manager does not receive the additional data a patient can consent to provide from their myAirvo 3 device.
In one session about <25MB of investigative data will be received per device, which will include about 1KB of battery data and less than 1 KB of device identification information.
Data is only collected when an Airvo 3 or myAirvo 3 device is connected to F&P Healthcare Device Manager.
Limited data is available to view directly through F&P Healthcare Device Manager (eg serial number, firmware version, model). Otherwise, you can request a copy through the Data Hub website form.
This data is securely stored in the Microsoft Azure environment and retained for ten (10) years.
F&P Healthcare Device Manager generates usage logs from your use of F&P Healthcare Device Manager, including user-triggered events, timing of firmware transfers, maintenance history, firmware update results and authentication tokens.
F&P Healthcare Device Manager generates approximately 1 MB of data per session, depending on use of the device and how long your session is.
Some of this data is stored locally and only available to view directly through F&P Healthcare Device Manager, such as maintenance history.
You can request a copy of other F&P Healthcare Device Manager data, including usage logs, through the Data Hub website form.
Where Fisher & Paykel Healthcare receives the data, it is securely stored in the Microsoft Azure environment for up to 3 months.
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare uses the data to provide software updates, monitoring and maintenance updates, to review device performance and to allow for device software traceability and version control. The data is also used to troubleshoot and investigate issues with F&P Healthcare Device Manager and improve its offering.

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare does not make the F&P Healthcare Device Manager data available to third parties.

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is the holder of any trade secrets contained in the Airvo 3 and myAirvo 3 data.
It is optional to use F&P Healthcare Device Manager. Your contract with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare begins when you accept the F&P Healthcare Device Manager terms and conditions. You can access those terms in the Help menu of F&P Healthcare Device Manager. You can cancel your use of F&P Healthcare Device Manager at any time by deleting the F&P Healthcare Device Manager application from your device. You may also request that we deactivate your access to your F&P Healthcare Device Manager account at any time.
