This website will set out Fisher & Paykel Healthcare’s approach to complying with the European Union Data Act (Regulation 2023/2584). 

The Data Act, effective from 12 September 2025, introduces regulations on access and use of data from connected products and services, including medical devices and related services.  

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare will comply with the Data Act by making certain data available to European Union users of certain F&P devices and third parties of their choice through this site.
