Fake invoices sent from lookalike domain

A lookalike domain called fphcare-nz.com has been sending emails to some of our customers asking for payment for fake invoices. The domain is not associated with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. If you receive one of these emails, please alert your company's local IT department.

SolarWinds Advisory

SolarWinds Orion is a network monitoring platform commonly used in corporate environments. Recently SolarWinds released an advisory about a security breach involving its Orion Platform versions 2019.4 to 2020.2.1. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare does not use the affected versions of SolarWinds tools on its network. Security is a top priority at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, and we are actively monitoring the situation.

Recruitment Fraud

At Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, we’re committed to the privacy of our candidates. We have been made aware of some reports that there may be people claiming to represent or to be affiliated with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare offering potential candidates employment opportunities through unsolicited e-mail.

Log4j Vulnerability

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is aware of the Log4j (Log4Shell) vulnerability (CVE-2021-44228). We can confirm that none of our devices use Log4j, meaning they are unaffected. Our team continues to monitor this situation.
