We will partner with organisations who:
   
  • Engage the communities they serve in decision-making
  • Understand the needs of their communities
  • Aren’t afraid to try new things, learn, adapt, and evaluate as they go
  • Are driving towards positive long-term change.

• Organisations that are registered charities in New Zealand
• We may consider organisations that can demonstrate charitable intent/purpose.  

• For profit organisations
• Individuals. 

• Research
• Pilot projects
• Scholarships (through organisations)
• Single-year and multi-year funding opportunities.
• Projects that aren’t aligned in our purpose, focus areas, values or target communities
• Funding requests beyond $200,000 each
• Non-discrete funding requests
• The supply of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare medical devices
• Publicly funded services
• Work completed for the benefit of communities beyond New Zealand (this will change in the future)
• Hospice facilities and services
• Projects seeking to promote religious or political objectives
• Projects for animals and wildlife.
