The company also announced today that independent director, Roger France, has advised the Board of his intention to retire from the role in the coming year.

Mr France, who has been a director of the company since February 2009, has agreed to remain on the Board until a replacement director is appointed, and will stand for re-election at the upcoming 2015 annual shareholders’ meeting.

Roger France holds a number of other directorships, including Air New Zealand Limited and Orion Health Group Limited, and is a trustee of the University of Auckland Foundation and the Dilworth Trust Board.
