How to fit the F&P Solo mask
How to clean the F&P Solo mask
Sometimes your headgear will slip if the straps aren’t positioned correctly. To address this, anchor the gray strap at the base of the back of your head. While holding the gray strap in place, move the gold strap so that it sits on top of your head. The wider the split between the gray and gold straps, the more stable your headgear will be.
If you have done this and you're still experiencing a loose headgear, please refer to the F&P Solo headgear fitting tips video to check your fit. The F&P Solo headgear fits approximately 95% of the population.

Most people don’t experience pain on the nose with F&P Solo. If you do, you may be wearing the mask too tightly. Remember to fine-tune your mask with the AutoFit headgear. In this case, you can simply pull out the cushion to loosen the mask and reposition under your nose. Then lightly touch to adjust to get the right fit and seal.
If you are still having concerns with the comfort, you can try interchanging your cushion type with either the F&P Solo Nasal or F&P Solo Pillows cushion or contact your local healthcare professional.
We recommend replacing your mask parts once visible deterioration occurs. For the F&P Solo headgear, we recommend replacement after 6 months of use. If the headgear is not retracting, clean it thoroughly in warm, soapy water. This will restore function in most cases. Replace the headgear if it does not retract after a thorough wash, stretches beyond adjustment or is no longer able to maintain a seal.
We recommend replacing the F&P Solo cushions (nasal and pillows) after 14 days and the frames every 3 months.

With F&P Solo, you can interchange the cushion types and try either the F&P Solo Nasal or F&P Solo Pillows cushions. To find the best F&P Solo Nasal cushion size for you, try the F&P myMask app selection and sizing tool. Or, in the product resources, you’ll find the online sizing guide with instructions on how to find the best fit. To find the best F&P Solo Pillows cushion size for you, you can start with the medium cushion and size down to a small if you experience discomfort in your nostrils or size up to a large cushion if you experience persistent mask leak.
The F&P Solo mask has been validated for pressures between 4-20cmH20.
F&P masks are designed to be compatible with most CPAP device brands*, which includes the breathing tube.
*Note: The only machine that is not directly compatible is the Resmed AirMini travel CPAP, which needs an adaptor.
