NeoHeart 2020, a Neonatal Heart Society conference run in partnership with the NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and Columbia University Irving Medical Center, featured a four-part webinar series about the use of the three modes of non-invasive ventilation of the newborn.

As part of the series, professor of pediatrics Brad Yoder at the University of Utah School of Medicine delivered a presentation on NHF.

In addition to his talk, Yoder featured in a masterclass discussion alongside his peers in neonatology, professors Richard Polin and Martin Keszler, which reviewed the evidence for the use of the modes of non-invasive ventilation of the newborn.

Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) were also examined in the series.
